We are pleased to offer everyday free shipping for orders of $75 or more in the continental USA. Occasionally, we have other shipping offers with different purchase requirements. These offers may be available for a limited time, or restricted to one use per household. Rates for shipping are calculated based on the weight of your order and destination zip code.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours. (Orders placed by 12 PM PST usually ship the same business day.) Orders placed over the weekend typically ship the next business day. For fastest delivery, take advantage of our express delivery option.
Responsible Packaging
In an effort to minimize our impact on the ecosystem, we reduce packaging and recycle wherever possible. We're also continually researching alternative packaging options.
Tracking Shipments
Tracking information for all orders will be emailed to you directly, once your order ships. You can also access tracking information in the my account section of our website. (If you chose USPS for your shipment please note that it may take up to 48 hours from the time of shipment for your tracking number to show any details.)
APO/FPO/DPO Info
We ship to U.S. Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and the fees are the same as if shipping within the U.S. USPS delivers to the appropriate mail center on either the East or West Coast within 2-5 days. U.S. government may require an additional 1-23 days. When entering your order information, be sure to enter "APO", " FPO" or "DPO" in the "City" field; then enter the appropriate two-letter code (AA/AE/AP) in the "State" field.
